Founded in 2011, Tre has led our business to become one of the leaders in developing downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Matriculating at Morehouse College, Tre's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work with the city's biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Tre is still taking our projects to new heights. Primarily focused on acquisitions of cash flowing assets including multifamily real estate and existing businesses whose owners have retirement on the horizon is a winning formula for consolidating business interests and offering unmatched returns in a changing market landscape.

With a background in small town development and investing, Peter quickly adapted to big city business. In 10 years, Peter has moved up the ranks and become our most engaged president. He has a reputation as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Peter also spearheads our residential and commercial real estate acquisitions and development initiative, encouraging investors and partners alike with second to none returns in arguably the most stable of asset classes.

Graduating from Columbia Business School, Bee has knowledge and experience in all facets of the M&A industry. Spearheading a litany of business acquisitions including IT Staffing Augment to cash flowing small businesses. Bee ascribes to the  adage of business growth through acquisition. As a champion of HR best practices encouraging employee retention beyond transition ultimately maximizes output. Bee also manages our community outreach program, helping us take our goal to support growth in the parts of our community that need it the most.
